Please read these Terms before using the My Mobile Life mobile application operated by PZAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to them.
The service
My Mobile Life helps people living or traveling in vehicles manage daily life, find resources, plan routes, organize vehicle care, connect with community, and reflect on well-being. Features may change as the App develops.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for your account and its security.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not use another person’s account without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. When you post content to a community area, you grant PZAI the limited permission needed to host, display, and operate that content within the App.
You may not post illegal, harmful, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content. Do not expose exact private locations or information that could endanger another person.
Community
Treat others with respect, share resource information in good faith, protect the privacy of mobile dwellers, and report serious safety concerns or abuse. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices and available offerings appear before purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and account controls.
Gifting between members
The gifting feature only helps members share payment-app handles. Any transfer happens directly between members through third-party services such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Wise, under those services’ terms. PZAI is not a party to those transactions, does not hold funds, and cannot reverse a transfer. Never send money to someone you do not trust.
AI providers
If you connect a third-party AI provider with your own key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms. You are responsible for provider charges associated with your key and for reviewing information produced by AI before relying on it.
Important safety disclaimers
Resource and location information: Community and third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify conditions, obtain permission where required, and follow local laws.
Safety: The App is a tool, not an emergency service or safety guarantee. Use your judgment and call local emergency services when necessary.
Dwell and Stealth Scores: Scores are for reflection and planning. They are not professional medical, mental-health, legal, security, or other expert advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. If these Terms change materially, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
